Sur l’pouce

Co-initiator and development of the concept, project coordination.

During the SALON BOIS fair, exhibitors that were unable to leave their stand to eat lunch expressed the wish to have at their disposal a catering service on stand. A multidisciplinary team took this request seriously and created the original concept “Sur l’pouce”: a meal consisting of local products, directly served on stand and to eat – as the name reveals – without plate.
